The open-door culture of our organisation encourages staff to contribute to constantly improving the quality of our healthcare provision. We want to hear any concerns staff may have and hold fortnightly staff coffee mornings where staff can drop-in to informally discuss any issues they may have. This helps to identify problems early so we can eliminate the possibility of larger problems arising. We also hold weekly team meetings with senior management present. Here, we can discuss any issues and identify how we can work together to improve.
