because life's worth living

At Personal Support Network, we have a highly trained team on hand to help you or a loved one achieve independence at home. We offer a flexible and tailored approach to at-home support, which can include anything from assistance with medication to personal care. Take a look at the services that we can offer and feel free to contact us if you have any queries.

Case Study

Tragically, the family of an older lady felt that they had no choice but to move her into residential care. Her medication was very complex, requiring physical measurements to be taken for each dosage, and she required support with personal care and household tasks…..

Be a part of our team

We recruit staff who show empathetic attitude, compassion to others, desire to promote independence, choice and control while supporting children, young people and older people.

We undertake enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Checks (DBS) (previously Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks) and follow a comprehensive recruitment procedure before employing staff.
For staff who may not have suitable qualifications, we support them complete the Care Certificate and to enrol on to QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care or other suitable qualifications, following their recruitment.

We firmly believe that it is important to find out if our prospective staff are passionate about working with our service users – in a personalised way. We believe that relevant qualifications do matter but it does not mean anything if a person does not have the right attitude towards care and support for vulnerable people. We offer good career progression within our organisation.
